Business English Instructor at SPEP – Hwaseong, Gyeonggi, Up to 3.67M KRW

SPEP is seeking a full-time Business English Instructor to deliver corporate English and communication training to working professionals at their Hwaseong, Gyeonggi location, with a start date of January 4, 2027.

Job Description

In this role, you will work with adult business professionals across all proficiency levels, helping them sharpen their spoken English and workplace communication skills. Classes are conducted both as group sessions and one-on-one, using a standardized curriculum and established course books — with full training provided before you begin.

• Class Type: Business English & Communication Skills (Speaking focus)
• Students: Corporate professionals, all levels
• Format: Group classes and/or 1:1 sessions
• Curriculum: Standardized course books with pre-start training

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Friday: 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Approximately 5–8 teaching hours per day
• Lunch or dinner break included
• One week of paid training in late December 2026 prior to the January 4, 2027 start date

Requirements

• Prior experience in a corporate field (1+ year) or experience teaching Business English (1+ year) preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, English, or a related discipline preferred
• Strong spoken English communication skills and a professional teaching presence

Benefits

• Base salary: 2,500,000 – 2,870,000 KRW/month (based on 100–120 teaching hours)
• Housing stipend: 800,000 KRW/month, or full company-provided housing in Hwaseong or Yongin
• Business trip fee & lunch stipend: approximately 600,000 KRW/month (per company policy)
