SPARK Education is hiring a full-time Elementary English Teacher to join its growing team in the Seocho district of Seoul, South Korea. This is an exciting opportunity for a native English speaker already based in Korea who is passionate about shaping young learners’ educational journeys.

Job Description

In this role, you will deliver engaging English language lessons to elementary-aged students in a structured, supportive classroom environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and executing high-quality English lessons aligned with SPARK Education’s curriculum
• Managing classroom dynamics to create a positive and productive learning atmosphere
• Assessing student progress and providing meaningful feedback to support learning outcomes
• Collaborating with colleagues to maintain consistent teaching standards across the programme
• Providing necessary documentation required for teaching clearance

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm.

Requirements

• Native English speaker currently residing in South Korea
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience
• Ability to supply all required documents for a teaching clearance check
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Enthusiasm for working with elementary-level learners
