Business English Instructor at SPEP – Seoul & Gyeonggi, Up to 2.9M KRW
SPEP, one of South Korea’s fastest-growing corporate English training institutions, is hiring full-time Business English Instructors for locations across Seoul and Gyeonggi province. Job Description
As a Business English Instructor, you will deliver engaging, results-driven classes in Business English and Communication Skills (Speaking) to working professionals across all proficiency levels. Classes are conducted in both group and one-on-one formats, following a standardized curriculum supported by established course books — with full training provided before your start date.
- Teach 5–8 hours of classes per day, Monday to Friday
- Serve students who are business professionals from a wide range of industries
- Deliver instruction using SPEP’s standardized curriculum and course materials
- Participate in a one-week onboarding and training program at SPEP headquarters in late December prior to the January start
- Conduct classes at corporate client sites across Seoul (Seocho, Gangnam, Yongsan, Yeongdeungpo, and online) and Gyeonggi (Uiwang, Pangyo, Gwangmyeong, Yongin, Anyang, and online)
Teaching schedules rotate across three possible daily windows — 7AM–5PM or 10AM–8PM, 8AM–6PM or 11AM–9PM, or 9AM–7PM or 12PM–10PM — depending on your primary teaching location. A lunch or dinner break is included in each shift.
Requirements
- Native English speakers only from the USA, Canada, Australia, UK, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa (required for E2 Visa eligibility)
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university in a native English-speaking country (USA, Canada, Australia, UK, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa)
- Prior experience in a corporate field or teaching Business English (minimum 1 year) is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or English is preferred
- Original diploma notarized with an Apostille
- Nationwide Criminal Background Check with an Apostille

- Salary: 2,500,000–2,870,000 KRW/month based on 100–120 teaching hours; up to approximately 2,900,000 KRW with additional allowances
