English Speaking Test Evaluator for Biz Professionals in Seoul

OSP/100C is seeking qualified native English speakers to join its team of oral proficiency evaluators in Seoul (Apgujeong Station). This full-time, non-teaching role involves conducting face-to-face English speaking assessments for business professionals employed at major multinational corporations across Korea. Key Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive training and scoring calibration exercises
• Conduct on-site English speaking interviews and oral proficiency evaluations
• Perform secondary review of interviews to ensure scoring accuracy
• Prepare test and score analysis reports
• Handle data entry and general administrative duties

Location & Schedule

• Home base: Seoul, Apgujeong Station
• Frequent business travel throughout South Korea required
• Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday availability may be required depending on the testing schedule
• Actual working hours may vary based on testing demands
• Start date: ASAP

Basic Qualifications

• Native-level English proficiency with clear, coherent pronunciation
• Professional demeanor, appearance, and conduct appropriate for a corporate setting
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills for score analysis and question development
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Prior oral proficiency assessment experience is a plus
• English teaching experience preferred

Minimum Requirements

• Native English speakers from the USA, Canada, Australia, UK, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa who are eligible to work in Korea
• Bachelor’s degree (minimum) from an accredited four-year university in a native English-speaking country
• Original diploma notarized with an Apostille
• Nationwide criminal background check with an Apostille

Compensation

• Base salary of approximately 3,000,000 KRW per month (based on 160 working hours)
• Additional housing stipend of 400,000 KRW per month available exclusively for foreign employees
• Business trip fees compensated per company policy
• Total package up to approximately 3,400,000 KRW/month (subject to change based on working hours)
