Native ESL Teacher at CREO/DYB Academy in Paju – 2.4M KRW+ in South Korea

CREO/DYB Academy in Paju, Gyeonggi-do (near Ilsan, Yadang Subway Station) is looking for a Native English Teacher to join their team as soon as possible, with an official start from September 2026 (earlier start preferred).

• Students: Elementary to Middle School age group
• Position Type: Full-time or short-term

Working Hours

• Regular (Mon–Fri): 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM
• Winter Camp / Intensive Classes (January–February):
  • Mon, Wed, Fri: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
  • Tue, Thu: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Compensation

• Full-time: Starting from 2,400,000 KRW per month (negotiable based on experience)
• Part-time: Salary negotiable following initial interview

Qualifications Required

• Native English speaker with prior teaching experience
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• Eligible for an E-2 visa (selected citizenships)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging English classes to elementary and middle school students
• Prepare lesson materials creatively to enhance the learning experience
• Conduct student assessments and track progress
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with fellow staff members
• Attend school meetings and events as required
