Full-Time Business English Instructor at SPEP – Seoul & Gyeonggi, Up to 2.9M KRW

SPEP is one of South Korea’s fastest-growing educational institutions specialising in English speaking enhancement. The company is seeking professional Business English Instructors for full-time positions across Seoul and Gyeonggi province, catering to corporate clients and business professionals.

Role Overview

• Class Type: Business English & Communication Skills (Speaking)
• Students: Business professionals, all levels
• Class Format: Group classes and/or 1-on-1 sessions
• Curriculum: Standardised curriculum and course books (training provided)

Teaching Locations

• Seoul: Seocho, Gangnam, Yongsan, Yeongdeungpo, Online, and others
• Gyeonggi: Uiwang, Pangyo, Gwangmyeong, Yongin, Anyang, Online, and others

Schedule

• 5–8 teaching hours per day, Monday to Friday
• Shift options: 7AM–5PM or 10AM–8PM / 8AM–6PM or 11AM–9PM / 9AM–7PM or 12PM–10PM
• Lunch or dinner break included
• Start Date: January 4, 2027 (one week of training at SPEP HQ in late December)

Salary

• 2,500,000–2,870,000 KRW/month based on 100–120 teaching hours
• Additional housing stipend of 400,000 KRW/month for E2 and F visa holders

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a corporate field or teaching Business English
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or English preferred

Minimum Requirements

• Native English speaker from the USA, Canada, Australia, UK, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa (required for E2 Visa eligibility)
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university in a native English-speaking country
• Original diploma notarised with an Apostille
• Nationwide criminal background check with an Apostille
