Business English Instructor at SPEP – Gyeonggi, Up to 3.27M KRW in Suwon
SPEP is seeking a Full-Time Business English Instructor to join its Gyeonggi team starting January 4, 2027. This role focuses on delivering Business English and Communication Skills (Speaking) classes to working professionals across all proficiency levels.

Locations
Teaching locations across Gyeonggi Province, including: Uiwang, Pangyo, Dongtan, Gwangmyeong, Yongin, Anyang, Hwaseong, and Online.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 5–8 teaching hours per day
- Shift options: 7AM–5PM / 10AM–8PM / 8AM–6PM / 11AM–9PM / 9AM–7PM / 12PM–10PM
- Lunch and/or dinner break included
- 3–5 days of training at SPEP headquarters in Seoul prior to start
Minimum Requirements
- Native English speaker from the USA, Canada, Australia, UK, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa (required for E2 Visa eligibility)
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum) from an accredited four-year university in a native English-speaking country
- Original diploma notarized with an Apostille
- Nationwide criminal background check with an Apostille
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a corporate environment or teaching Business English
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or English
Salary
- Based on 100–120 teaching hours: 2,500,000–2,870,000 KRW/month
- Additional housing stipend of 400,000 KRW/month for E2 and F visa holders
- Up to 3,270,000 KRW/month total
