Zhishangwenhua Company is actively recruiting ESL teachers, kindergarten teachers, and curriculum subject teachers for a wide range of school types across China for 2026 — offering competitive monthly salaries of 20,000–35,000 CNY on a full-time basis.

Job Description

Openings are available at kindergartens, primary schools, middle schools, high schools, international schools, training centres, and universities across numerous major Chinese cities. Available teaching positions include:

• Kindergarten Teacher — early childhood English education in a nurturing classroom environment
• ESL Teacher — general English language instruction across various grade levels
• Subject Teacher (A-Level / IGCSE / IB / AP) — specialised instruction in Maths, Sciences (Biology, Physics, Chemistry), Business, and Literature
• Specialist Teacher — Music, Physical Education, Drama, and Art

Regardless of the position, teachers are expected to plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons, support student learning outcomes, and contribute positively to school life. Collaboration with Chinese co-teachers or department heads is common across most institutions.

Requirements

• Native English speaker from the US, UK, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in any field (obtained inside or outside China)
• Eligible to obtain a Chinese work visa (Z visa)
• At least two years of teaching experience — or newly graduated candidates with a genuine passion for teaching in China (requirements vary by position)
• TEFL or TESOL certification strongly preferred; PGCE is a plus
• A teaching licence from your home country and/or a background in education is strongly preferred, though not strictly required for all roles
