Job Description
Successful candidates will be placed in one of several institution types depending on their qualifications, experience, and preferences. Roles may include:
- Delivering engaging English language lessons to students across a range of age groups and proficiency levels
- Planning and preparing lesson materials in line with the curriculum and institutional guidelines
- Creating a positive, interactive classroom environment that encourages communication and builds learner confidence
- Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback
- Collaborating with local Chinese teachers and school staff
- Participating in school events and professional development activities as required
Positions are available across multiple start dates throughout 2026, giving applicants flexibility to choose a timeline that suits them.
Requirements
- Native English speaker from the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- TEFL / TESOL / CELTA certificate (120+ hours preferred)
- Previous teaching experience is advantageous but not always required — new graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication skills, cultural adaptability, and a genuine enthusiasm for working with learners
