Native English Homeroom Teacher – Elementary & Kindergarten in Nakhon Pathom
About the Role
Demonstration School of Silpakorn University seeks Native English Speakers for full-time Homeroom Teacher positions in its English Program, located in Nakhon Pathom, Thailand. Positions are available for teaching English and Mathematics to Grades 4, 5, or 6, as well as Kindergarten 1 (ages 3–4). Start dates: late July or early August 2026.
Salary & Contract
- Upper primary positions: 50,000 THB per month
- Kindergarten role: 45,000 THB per month
- Full-time with maximum 18 hours teaching per week
- One-year contract, renewable based on performance
Key Responsibilities
- Teach English, Mathematics, and STEAM subjects (up to 18 hours weekly)
- Serve as homeroom teacher; supervise students during class, homeroom, and break times
- Support students’ academic and personal growth
- Monitor student progress and prepare course outlines
- Maintain lesson reflections and participate in staff meetings
- Assist with school events and activities
Requirements
- Native English Speaker
- Bachelor’s degree (education-related qualification advantageous)
- Good understanding of child development and elementary education
- Strong interpersonal skills and workplace flexibility
- 1–3 years teaching experience preferred

Visa & Work Permit
Selected candidates may be required to leave and re-enter Thailand on a Non-Immigrant Type B (Teaching) visa, or obtain it before traveling if applying from abroad. Teachers cover their own Non-B visa application costs; the school provides necessary documentation and covers the one-year work permit fee.
