Job Description

As a Kindergarten Teacher at BYS Ladprao, you will play a central role in shaping the early learning experiences of young students. Working within a collaborative and supportive school community, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Delivering engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons that inspire a love of learning in young children.
• Preparing student assessments and compiling detailed progress reports to track learning outcomes.
• Communicating professionally and regularly with parents regarding their child’s development and progress.
• Taking on homeroom teacher duties, fostering a safe and nurturing classroom environment.

Requirements

BYS Ladprao is looking for a dedicated early-childhood educator who meets the following criteria:

• Native English-speaking female, preferably already residing in Thailand.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Education or any discipline, accompanied by a recognised teaching qualification such as a PGCE, Teaching Certificate or Diploma in Teaching.
• A minimum of 2 years of classroom teaching experience in a school setting.
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to continuous professional development.
