Primary English Teacher (K-6) at SWU Prasarnmit Demo School – Up To 50,000 THB in Watthana
SWU Prasarnmit Demonstration School (Elementary), located in the Watthana district of Bangkok, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic English as a Foreign Language Teacher for Grades K–6 to join its team on a full-time basis.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate English language lessons that support students’ linguistic, academic, and social development. The teacher will foster a positive, inclusive, and student-centered classroom that encourages communication, critical thinking, creativity, and confidence in using English. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with fellow staff, maintaining communication with parents, and contributing to school-wide activities and improvement efforts.
- Maximum teaching load of 20 hours per week
- Standard working hours: 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly salary of 48,500–50,000 THB (negotiable depending on qualifications and experience)
- 8 to 9 weeks of paid holiday per year
- Additional earning potential of 10,000–20,000 THB per month through after-school programmes
- Health insurance and annual medical check-up included
- Visa and work permit costs fully covered by the school
- 12-month renewable contract

Requirements
- Accredited bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
- TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification (preferred)
- Native English speaker from the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa
- Currently based in Bangkok or able to relocate immediately
- Available to commence employment immediately
