Part-time A Level Teacher at edm Global Campus, Gangnam Seoul

edm Global Campus in Gangnam, Seoul is looking for enthusiastic part-time teachers to deliver the Pearson Edexcel International Advanced Level (IAL) programme, with classes commencing in August 2026.

Role Overview

• Teach AS and/or A2 Level subjects within the Pearson Edexcel IAL framework
• Design and develop curriculum and lesson plans
• Monitor individual student progress and provide constructive academic feedback
• Classes run twice per week per subject, with each session lasting 2 hours
• Candidates able to teach both AS and A2 Level are strongly preferred

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant subject area
• Prior experience teaching A Level or an equivalent international curriculum (e.g. Pearson Edexcel IAL, IGCSE, IB, AP)
• Ability to teach the subject confidently and fluently in English
• Currently residing in South Korea and holding an F-type visa
• Strong subject expertise combined with good judgement, problem-solving ability, and emotional intelligence

Compensation

The hourly rate is negotiable and will be determined based on teaching experience, subject expertise, and availability.

Selection Process

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to an interview and asked to deliver a trial lesson as part of the recruitment process.
