Kindergarten English Teacher in Beijing – Up to 35,000 CNY/month, Native Speakers

A well-established kindergarten in the Chaoyang district of Beijing is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-time Kindergarten English Teacher to join their team for the upcoming new semester. The role involves working with children aged 2–6 years old.

Position Details

• Salary: RMB 25,000–35,000 per month (pre-tax)
• Age Group: 2–6 years old
• Working Hours: 08:00–17:00 (includes a 1-hour paid lunch break)
• Start Date: New semester

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver age-appropriate, engaging English lesson plans tailored to children aged 3–4 years
• Conduct high-quality English classes that meet the kindergarten’s established teaching standards
• Regularly track student progress and compile detailed academic reports
• Maintain proactive and open communication with parents regarding children’s learning and development
• Participate in peer classroom observation sessions and collaborative teaching exchange activities
• Attend school appraisal evaluations and take part in ongoing professional development programs

Requirements

• Patient, positive, and genuinely passionate about early childhood English education
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an outgoing, approachable personality
• Native English speaker from the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, or New Zealand
• Bachelor’s degree or above in any field
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on early childhood education (ECE) teaching experience
• Aged between 20 and 45 years old
