Job Description
As a member of the teaching team at Beijing Wonder English, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality English language instruction to students in a training centre environment. Core responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering effective EFL/ESL lessons tailored to student levels and learning objectives
- Creating a positive, supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages participation and confidence
- Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback
- Collaborating with colleagues and academic coordinators to ensure consistent curriculum delivery
- Participating in professional development activities and team meetings
Requirements
- Native or fluent English speaker
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field
- TEFL/TESOL certification (preferred)
- Prior teaching experience is an advantage, though not mandatory — motivated first-time teachers are welcome to apply
- Enthusiasm, open-mindedness, and a genuine passion for working with students
