Kindergarten English Teacher in Beijing – Up to 30,000 CNY/mo, Aug 2026

Talent-E Education is recruiting a full-time Native English Teacher for kindergarten positions across Beijing, starting with the August 2026 intake. Candidates must be willing and prepared to relocate to Beijing prior to commencing the application process.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging, student-centered lessons that reflect a strong command of curriculum, subject content, and age-appropriate pedagogy.
• Build a positive, respectful classroom atmosphere through consistent routines, effective behaviour management, and genuine connection with young learners.
• Organise and maintain classroom materials and resources to create a stimulating and functional learning environment.
• Track and assess individual student progress on an ongoing basis, using insights from data to refine teaching strategies and improve outcomes.

Working Hours

• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday — weekends are free.

Requirements

• Native English speaker with a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• TEFL / TESOL / CELTA certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience preferred.
• Patient, responsible, enthusiastic, and culturally sensitive personality.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly salary of 20,000–30,000 CNY, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
