International Kindergarten Teacher in Beijing – Up to 32K CNY/mo
A well-established international kindergarten in Beijing is looking for two energetic, native-English-speaking teachers to join their early-childhood team from August 2026. This full-time position offers a competitive all-in package of up to RMB 32,000 per month, combining a strong base salary, performance bonus and a generous housing allowance.
Job Description
Working with children aged 3–6 in a nurturing international kindergarten environment, successful candidates will deliver engaging, age-appropriate English language lessons that support early literacy, communication and social development. Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering structured lessons aligned with the school’s early-childhood curriculum
- Managing classes of 10–20 young learners and creating a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere
- Working collaboratively with co-teachers and support staff to meet individual student learning outcomes
- Monitoring and documenting student progress, communicating regularly with parents and colleagues
- Participating in school events, parent meetings and ongoing professional development activities
The standard work schedule runs 8:00–11:40 and 13:40–17:30, Monday to Friday, with weekends off.
Requirements
- Native English speaker from the UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Canada or Ireland
- Bachelor’s degree or above (any discipline)
- TEFL/TESOL certification (120 hours or recognised equivalent)
- Eligible to obtain a Chinese Z (work) visa
- Two reference letters from previous employers or schools
- Young, energetic and enthusiastic about early-childhood education
