Anglo Singapore International School in Bangkok is seeking a dedicated and experienced Kindergarten English Teacher to join its Early Years team from August 2026. This is a full-time role within an international school environment, offering competitive pay of up to ฿75,000 per month for the right candidate.

Job Description

As part of the Early Years team, you will deliver engaging, child-centered English instruction to Kindergarten students, building strong foundations for lifelong language learning. Key responsibilities include:

• Teaching English to Kindergarten learners using developmentally appropriate, child-centered methods that reflect best practice in early childhood education.
• Planning and facilitating early learning experiences that target vocabulary development, phonological awareness, early reading, and pre-writing skills.
• Supporting students in building core English competencies across speaking, listening, pre-reading, and pre-writing.
• Creating a nurturing, stimulating classroom atmosphere that promotes positive learning habits and a genuine love of language.
• Monitoring student progress through ongoing assessment and providing constructive, individualised feedback.
• Maintaining regular, open communication with parents regarding student development and learning milestones.
• Collaborating with fellow teachers to uphold a consistent, high-quality English programme across the Kindergarten level.
• Taking an active role in school events, co-curricular activities, and ongoing professional development.
• Upholding all school policies, with particular attention to safeguarding and child well-being standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, English, or a closely related discipline.
• A recognised teaching qualification such as a PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent credential.
• A minimum of 2–3 years of classroom experience in Kindergarten or Early Years settings.
• Solid grounding in early childhood development principles and age-appropriate instructional strategies.
• Prior experience in an international or multicultural school environment is preferred.
• Full professional proficiency in English for both instruction and day-to-day communication.
• Strong classroom management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• A warm, enthusiastic teaching style with a genuine commitment to early learning and holistic child development.
