ESL and Subject Teachers (Multiple Cities) in Beijing

SIE Education is hiring ESL and subject teachers across multiple cities in China for kindergarten through high school positions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver lessons using provided textbooks
• Assign and grade homework; prepare and administer assessments
• Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00–12:00 and 14:00–18:00 (maximum 25 lessons per week, 40–45 minutes each)
• Teach students aged 3–18 (kindergarten through high school)
• Develop dynamic, engaging teaching methods to build listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills
• Participate in school teaching research activities and professional development
• Provide individualized tutoring and progress feedback to students and parents
• Manage classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment
• Participate in school events (Sports Day, Cultural Festival, English Club)
• Complete other duties as assigned

Salary & Experience Levels:

• 18,000–20,000 RMB/month: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• 21,000–23,000 RMB/month: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree + 1+ year teaching experience
• 25,000–27,000 RMB/month: Bachelor’s or Master’s in English/Literature/Education + 3+ years full-time school teaching + PGCE/State Teacher Certification

Requirements:

• Native English speaker
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Passion for education with strong professional ethics
• Proficiency in English instruction and contemporary teaching methodology
• Good communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and apply new teaching concepts
• Clean health and criminal background (required for Chinese work visa)
• Teaching qualification or education degree preferred
