The Role

Lead drama classes at the elementary level and direct school productions, working collaboratively within a supportive international community. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Drama, Performing Arts or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Strong expertise and passion for drama and theater
  • Proven experience teaching drama in a school environment
  • Excellent subject knowledge and pedagogical skill
  • Desirable: experience teaching or directing classical theater, including Shakespeare
  • Demonstrated commitment to student development and growth mindset
  • Ability to learn and apply local Chinese educational standards and emerging technologies
