Kindergarten English Teacher in Beijing – Up to 24K RMB + Free Housing

A well-established kindergarten in Yanjiao — just 30 minutes from central Beijing — is seeking a full-time native English-speaking male teacher to join its early-childhood team as soon as possible, with an alternative start date at the end of August.

Job Description

• Plan and deliver structured English lessons aligned to the kindergarten curriculum
• Create a fun, immersive English-language environment for young learners
• Support children’s language acquisition through play-based and communicative activities
• Maintain classroom management appropriate for the 3–6 age group
• Collaborate with Chinese co-teachers and wider school staff
• Participate in school events, parent days and other kindergarten activities as required

Requirements

• Native English speaker (male candidate required for this vacancy)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant teaching experience
• Bachelor’s degree or above (education-related fields preferred)
• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate is advantageous
• Warm, patient and enthusiastic approach to early-childhood education
• Strong classroom management and lesson-planning skills
• Willingness to relocate to or commute from the Yanjiao area
