Job Description
Successful candidates will be matched with kindergartens, primary schools, middle schools, high schools, private schools, international schools, universities, or training centres — both public and private — depending on their background and preferences. Positions are available across dozens of cities, from major metropolises such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu and Chongqing, to regional cities including Dalian, Changchun, Shenyang, Jinan, Qingdao, Zhengzhou, Xi’an, Hangzhou, Suzhou, Ningbo, Nantong, Nanjing, Taizhou, Xiamen, Dongguan, Guiyang and Foshan, among others.
- Teach English literature or other subjects delivered in English
- Conduct approximately 20–25 teaching hours per week, plus lesson preparation time
- Enjoy two days off per week on a permanent, full-time basis
- One-year contract, with a flexible start date to suit the successful applicant
Requirements
- Native English speaker preferred
- Bachelor’s degree (BA) or above
- TESOL, TEFL or CELTA certificate is preferred
- Prior teaching or ESL experience is advantageous
- References from previous employers preferred
