Kids’ Academy International School (Srinakarin Campus), part of the Astra Academy group, is a British-curriculum international school in Bangkok seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their warm and diverse learning community from August 2026.
Job Description
As a Teaching Assistant at Kids’ Academy International School, you will play a vital role in supporting classroom teachers to deliver high-quality learning experiences for students. Working within a British-curriculum framework, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Assisting lead teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons
- Providing direct support to individual students and small groups to help them achieve their learning goals
- Helping to maintain a safe, nurturing and structured classroom environment
- Upholding child safety and welfare standards in line with the school’s safeguarding policies
- Communicating effectively with teachers, parents and wider school staff
- Contributing positively to the school’s inclusive and collaborative community culture

Requirements
- Female candidate with a degree-level education (a qualification in Education is preferred)
- Prior teaching or classroom support experience; experience in an international school setting is an advantage
- Genuine passion for child care, child development and maintaining high safety standards
- Strong communication skills in both Thai and English
- A collaborative team player who works well with diverse colleagues and students
- Willingness to undergo comprehensive safeguarding checks, including police/criminal background checks from all countries of residence or employment
- Ability to provide an International Child Protection Certificate (ICPC) or equivalent prior to commencement of employment
