- Planning and delivering structured, engaging Cambridge Primary First Language English lessons that build core literacy skills — reading, writing, speaking, and listening — for students whose first language is not English.
- Applying a range of formative and summative assessment strategies to monitor student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback that drives continuous improvement.
- Creating an inclusive, emotionally safe classroom environment that encourages positive learning habits and personal development.
- Collaborating with fellow teachers and curriculum coordinators to ensure coherence across year groups and subject areas.
- Actively participating in school events, parent engagement activities, and ongoing professional development programmes.
- Upholding school policies with particular attention to child safeguarding and student wellbeing standards.
Requirements

- A minimum of 2–3 years of experience teaching Primary English in a formal school setting.
- Sound knowledge of the Cambridge Primary English curriculum and proven experience teaching EFL/ESL learners at the primary level.
- Excellent classroom management abilities and a student-centred approach to teaching.
- Prior experience in international or multilingual school environments is a distinct advantage.
Benefits
- Competitive salary of up to ฿75,000 per month, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
- Full-time, permanent position at a well-established international school in Bangkok.
- Professional and collaborative working environment with ongoing opportunities for career development.
