ESL Teacher in Shenzhen Public Schools & Kinder – Visa + Flights Included

SDE is recruiting ESL teachers for public school and kindergarten placements across Futian, Nanshan, and Bao’an districts in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. Positions are available for immediate start as well as August/September 2026.

Role Overview

• Up to 20 teaching hours per week
• Monday to Friday schedule — evenings and weekends free
• Students aged 3–12 years old
• Deliver learner-centred, engaging lessons that encourage equal participation
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner
• Participate actively in professional development workshops and school events

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive monthly salary: 17,000–19,000 RMB
• Flight reimbursement of up to 5,000 RMB, paid within the first working month

Requirements

• Native-level English fluency; passport from the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 120-hour TEFL/TESOL certificate required
• Prior teaching experience preferred but not mandatory
• Clean criminal background check
• Professional, positive attitude with cultural awareness
