Kasintorn Saint James Chiang Mai School is looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant to the School Director to join its team on a full-time, on-site basis in Chiang Mai. The position offers a starting salary of at least ฿50,000 per month, with the potential for additional compensation.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of curriculum frameworks and lesson plans
- Coordinate academic resources and manage teaching schedules
- Uphold and enforce school policies across the academic community
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of teaching staff
- Support the implementation of academic policies and procedures
- Facilitate peer observation programmes and professional development initiatives
- Organise substitute teaching arrangements as needed
Requirements
- Currently residing in Chiang Mai or able to relocate immediately
- Available for an in-person interview
- Native English speaker
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in an education-related field
- Prior experience in a school or educational environment is preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively across diverse cultural settings
- Background in curriculum development is an advantage
