Dulwich College Shanghai Pudong is looking for a talented and dedicated English as an Additional Language (EAL) Specialist to join its Junior School team. The contract runs from August 2026 to July 2027, and applications are reviewed on a rolling basis — early submission is strongly encouraged.

About the Role

  • Deliver high-quality EAL support and instruction within a thriving Junior School setting.
  • Collaborate with class teachers to embed language acquisition strategies across the curriculum.
  • Help students build confidence and competence as English language users.
  • Contribute to and draw upon best practices across the wider EiM (Education in Motion) global network of schools.
  • Drive innovation in language learning approaches at Dulwich Pudong.
