Native English Instructor at Insight English, Bangkok – Up to 45,000 THB

Insight English, situated on Silom Road in Bangkok, is seeking motivated and enthusiastic native English-speaking instructors to join the team at our main branch. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

We are looking for experienced teachers who have worked with both young learners and adult students. Successful candidates will be comfortable in a multicultural setting, dedicated to student-centred teaching, and ready to uphold our high professional standards within a supportive, collaborative environment.

Courses Taught:

• Business English
• Test Preparation (IELTS, TOEIC, TOEFL, SAT)
• Conversational English
• English for Young Learners

Full-Time Position Details:

• Schedule: Five days per week, including one weekend day
• Contract: 100 teaching hours per month
• Salary: 40,000–45,000 THB per month (based on experience)
• Overtime rate: 450 THB per additional teaching hour beyond 100 hours/month
• Benefits: Paid holidays (approx. 10 days over Christmas/New Year and one week during Songkran), visa and work permit assistance, subsidised health insurance, and ongoing training and professional development

Part-Time Position Details:

• Schedule: Evenings and weekends, subject to availability
• Rate: 300 THB per 40-minute period (equivalent to 450 THB per hour)

Requirements:

• Native English speaker
• University degree (any discipline)
• Recognised TEFL/TESOL qualification
