A. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Curriculum & Learning Delivery
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons and age-appropriate learning activities for preschool children.
- Teach the Kinderland English curriculum, fostering children’s confidence in English communication and nurturing a lifelong love of learning.
- Implement the school’s educational program, including classroom teaching, outdoor learning, play-based activities, excursions, school events, and extracurricular programs.
- Apply knowledge of child development and early childhood psychology to support children’s learning and overall development.
- Prepare teaching materials and classroom resources, and maintain accurate classroom records in accordance with school policies (student information, teaching documentation, classroom inventory, and equipment maintenance).
- Contribute creative ideas and develop educational resources, teaching aids, and learning materials to enhance classroom experiences.
2. Child Development & Well-being
- Monitor each child’s learning and developmental progress and complete monthly progress reports.
- Welcome children upon arrival, ensure their safe dismissal, and actively participate in their daily routines, including classroom activities, exercise, meals, and personal hygiene.
- Communicate children’s daily progress and well-being to parents and the school administration.
- Observe children’s health and promptly report any signs of illness or unusual behavior.
- Ensure children’s safety and supervise all daily activities, including meals, naps, transitions, and indoor/outdoor play.
- Create a warm, caring, patient, and supportive environment where every child feels safe, respected, and valued.
3. Classroom & Behavior Management
- Establish and maintain a structured, positive, and respectful classroom environment using positive behavior management strategies.
- Effectively manage daily classroom routines while ensuring children’s safety at all times.
- Maintain an organized, stimulating, and welcoming learning environment, including classroom displays and decorations aligned with curriculum themes.
4. Family & School Engagement
- Maintain regular, professional communication with parents regarding children’s learning progress, development, and well-being.
- Prepare student assessment reports and participate in parent-teacher conferences each term.
- Collaborate with colleagues to organize and support classroom activities, school events, celebrations, and special programs.
5. Professional Growth & Conduct
- Participate in required training sessions, workshops, and ongoing professional development programs.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism in appearance, communication, and conduct.
- Demonstrate the school’s mission, vision, and core values in all aspects of daily work.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification is preferred.
- Valid Vietnam Work Permit or eligibility to obtain a Vietnam Work Permit.
