Job Description

As a Secondary English Teacher with MediaKids Academy, you will deliver engaging English language lessons to Thai secondary school students in Nakhon Nayok — a scenic province just a short drive from Bangkok, known for its waterfalls, lush nature and welcoming community. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Planning and delivering effective English lessons aligned with the provided curriculum
• Using supplied teaching materials to create a positive and stimulating classroom environment
• Monitoring and supporting student progress and learning outcomes
• Collaborating with school staff and the MediaKids support team to ensure smooth programme delivery
• Representing the programme with professionalism and cultural sensitivity

The role suits teachers who are adaptable, open-minded and genuinely passionate about helping young learners develop their English language skills.

Requirements

• Native English speaker from the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or Ireland
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• TEFL/TESOL certification is preferred but not required
• Prior teaching experience is an advantage but not essential — first-time teachers are welcome to apply
• Aged between 22 and 55
• Open-minded, culturally curious and adaptable
• A genuine passion for education and student development
