Part-Time Native English Teacher at Fisher’s SuperKids Academy, Da Nang

Fisher’s SuperKids Academy in Da Nang is seeking a Part-Time Native English-Speaking Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will deliver engaging, student-centred lessons to young learners — primarily Kindergarten and Primary School children — in a positive, immersive, and safe English-speaking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality English lessons in line with the Centre’s established curriculum and teaching methodology.
• Conduct all instruction 100% in English and foster active participation from students.
• Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials ahead of each class.
• Monitor and assess student progress, completing all required reports and evaluations.
• Maintain effective classroom management while ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all students.
• Accurately record attendance and complete teaching documentation in a timely manner.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development/training sessions as scheduled.
• Uphold the Centre’s policies and professional standards at all times.

Requirements

• Native English speaker.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• A genuine passion for working with young learners (Kindergarten and Primary level).
• Prior experience teaching young learners is an advantage.
• Strong communication and classroom management abilities.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a valid Work Permit in Vietnam.
• Able to commit to a minimum one-year employment contract.

Working Hours

• Part-time schedule based on assigned classes.
• Availability for evenings and weekends is preferred.
• Teachers are expected to arrive at least 15 minutes before their first class of the day.
