Kindergarten & Early Elementary Teacher in Seoul (Native Speakers)

K Recruiting is hiring native English-speaking teachers for kindergarten and early elementary positions in Gangnam-gu and Songpa-gu, Seoul. Contract term: July to October 2026.

Requirements:

• Native English speaker from USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Valid passport from USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: KRW 2.6M–3.2M per month (negotiable based on experience and housing arrangement)
• Housing provided
• Paid vacation: 11–15 days per year (based on interview and experience)
• Severance pay, flight reimbursement, national pension, and health insurance included

Working Conditions:

• Hours: 9am–6pm, Monday to Friday
• Established curriculum (in place since 2001 and 2007)
• Small classes: maximum 12 students per class
• Daily schedule: 1–2 homeroom classes, 1-hour break, 1-hour prep time
