Greenwich Vietnam – Can Tho Campus is looking for a dedicated and well-qualified Business Administration Lecturer to become part of its academic team. The successful applicant will play a key role in delivering quality instruction, shaping the curriculum, guiding student research, and upholding the standards expected in an internationally recognised higher-education setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, high-quality lectures in undergraduate Business Administration and related subject areas in line with University of Greenwich academic standards.
- Design, develop, and regularly update teaching materials, lesson plans, assessments, and learning resources.
- Evaluate student performance and provide timely, constructive feedback to support academic growth.
- Supervise undergraduate research projects, dissertations, and capstone assignments.
- Maintain accurate academic records and produce required reports.
- Contribute to curriculum reviews, quality assurance processes, and accreditation activities.
- Engage in academic research and publish in reputable scholarly journals.
- Offer academic advising and mentorship to students throughout their studies.
- Attend faculty meetings, professional development sessions, workshops, and institutional recruitment events.
- Work cooperatively with colleagues to build an inclusive and stimulating learning community.
Requirements
- PhD in Business Administration or a closely related field — such as Management, Marketing, International Business, Human Resource Management, Operations Management, Entrepreneurship, or Strategic Management.
- Prior university-level teaching experience is preferred.
- Solid understanding of current business theories and industry practices.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English sufficient to teach in an international academic environment.
- Familiarity with student-centred teaching approaches and digital learning platforms is an advantage.
- A research record with publications in recognised journals is desirable.
- Ability to work effectively within a multicultural academic setting.
