Kinder & Elementary English Teacher in Cheonan at Probense – Up to 2.9M KRW

Probense is currently seeking a full-time English teacher to join their team in Buldang-dong, Cheonan-si, Chungcheongnam-do, starting as soon as possible. This position serves both kindergarten and elementary-aged students in a private school setting, offering a structured weekday schedule and a competitive benefits package.

Job Description

In this role, you will deliver engaging English language instruction to young learners at the kindergarten and elementary levels. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering age-appropriate ESL/EFL lessons for kinder and elementary students
• Creating a positive, structured classroom environment that supports language acquisition and student confidence
• Adapting lesson content to meet the varying learning needs and levels of young learners
• Collaborating with Korean co-teachers and school staff to ensure consistent learning outcomes
• Monitoring student progress and maintaining appropriate classroom records

Working hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM — a predictable, full-time schedule well-suited for teachers who value work-life balance.

Requirements

• Native-level English proficiency
• A bachelor’s degree (any field)
• Eligibility to obtain an E-2 teaching visa for South Korea
• Experience working with young learners is an advantage, though enthusiasm and a genuine passion for early childhood education are equally valued
• Strong communication skills and a positive, patient teaching style

• Monthly salary: 2,600,000 – 2,900,000 KRW, based on qualifications and experience
